IPS Suite - (Themes)
Payments are made before purchasing a theme.
We are not responsible for items stolen by other communities.
If you buy a theme posted on the site, you must understand that that theme is not sold to just one person or just you, that theme is for sale to those who want to buy it.
If you want to buy a theme only for your community, then you have to contact me privately, payments are made 50/50, you have to pay half the price at the beginning and after the other half when the theme is ready and complete, you will also be able to see the demo theme on our website, but you will not receive it until you have completed the payment in full.
I am not responsible for quarrels between the communitys, if you involve my name in a community quarrel, you will be banned permanently and blocked from me.
Please keep in mind that your account has to have the same email like into your PayPal account.
Also, if you make a dispute on paypal or other payment methods, it will not work, once you accept the terms and conditions, we have proof that you wanted to pay for a product with us.
Payments via PayPal are made only through friends and family.
If you want to pay with paysafecard / csgo skins, then they must be 10 euros more than the actual price of that product.
Spam Defense
The IPS Spam Defense Service passes the email address and IP address of the registering member to the service to determine the likelihood a registering account is a spam source.
