How do I get access?
Choose a product, check its requirements and availability, and complete your purchase. Your purchase and access instructions will appear in your customer area.
Are all products available immediately?
Access depends on the product and its slot availability. Some collections are private or in closed beta. Check the product page before purchasing.
What happens during maintenance?
Axion Zero’s current policy provides time compensation for product downtime. Contact support with your purchase details for help with your subscription.
Where can I get help with my purchase?
Visit the support page or the community forums. For order-specific questions, include your order number. Never share passwords or payment details in a public topic.
