Intel or AMD CPU with virtualization on
Turn on Intel VT-x or AMD-V in the BIOS before the first launch. The loader checks for it and will not start without it.
An EA account with login verification
Apex runs through the EA app or Steam. Use your own account with two-factor authentication turned on; shared accounts are not supported.
A fresh Apex install
Repair the game in the EA app or verify the files on Steam before your first session so nothing from older tools is left behind.
No other tools running
Close overlays, macro software and anything from another provider. Running two tools at once is the fastest way to lose an account.

Refund policy
If Apex Rage does not run on a supported setup and we cannot fix it with you, the unused time is refunded. Bans and changes of mind are not refunded.
